Kim Galli

Kim is a licensed insurance broker* and our office manager. She has been with our firm since 1994 and focuses primarily in the area of health insurance. Kim provides a level of client service that is unparalleled in our industry. Kim works directly with both our individual & family clients, as well as our group health clients. Her depth of knowledge and experience allows her to fully understand the needs of our clients, present the proper choices for coverage, and support all their needs.

Kim assists our clients with everything relating to insurance from quote comparisons, to product selection, application processing, and any claims or benefit concerns that may arise. However, her real value is her knowledge of each of the companies we choose to represent. This depth of knowledge and experience allows her to properly fit a plan of coverage to a client's wants and needs. She even helps with the process of selecting the right doctors for our clients.

Combined with Rachel's support, the back office support Kim provides our clients is exceptional. Whenever possible, we want our clients to call our office, not the insurance companies. We have a vested interest in getting problems solved and Kim takes personal responsibility of heading the process of getting the job done.
